Payment and Shipping
Once you submit an order and payment, your items will be shipped between 1-3 business days after the order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed to the email address given after the order is placed.
If you choose the "Hatchee Pickup" option, your order will be ready to pick up the business day after it is placed. You can pick-up your items at Sea Hag Marina in Steinhatchee, FL, any day of the week between 6 am-6 pm. You will be notified with an email when your items are ready for pickup.

​Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you fall in love with your Heart of Hatchee purchases, but if you have any issues we are happy to return items that have not been worn, washed, are odorless, and have their original tags still attached.
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivered date for a full refund. Items are not eligible for return or exchange after the 14-day period.

The return cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Heart of Hatchee reserves the right to deny a return if the item looks worn, damaged, or dirty.

All sale, clearance & custom items are considered final sale and may NOT be returned.
In the event of an exchange, we will do our best to fulfill your request, however, if the item is not in stock at the time, we will issue a store credit or refund. Exchanges can be requested via email or social media.
